Can you use my old gold?

Yes. I love to recycle materials — but it’s not always possible. Every piece is unique. I would be happy to look at what material you have and let you know if it's useable. 

Can I bring you a gemstone to use in a new piece?

I would be happy to take a look at your stone. If it’s in good shape, let’s find a way to incorporate it into the new piece.

How long does it take to make a custom piece?

Once we have decided on the final design, I like to have about 4-6 weeks to make a custom piece. If you are in a rush, I can often work to accommodate a tight timeline.

If something is "Sold Out", could I order a new one?

Yes, you can. Contact me directly to place the order. Please note, it takes me about 4-6 weeks to make a new piece.

Do you sell Canadian Diamonds?

Yes! Canada is a major producer of high-quality diamonds.

Should I make an appointment for a custom design consultation?

Yes, you can book your appointment through my Custom Designs page. This allows me to put time aside to talk to you about what you are looking for.

How do I clean my jewellery?

I recommend using mild soap, warm water, and a soft toothbrush. This is a great way to get the dirt off a gemstone so it can sparkle.

Do you have parking available?

Yes. The studio is located at 60 Camelot Drive, Unit 106 Nepean, ON K2G 5X8. The parking and entrance is at the Southeast corner of the building.
